Action Action Action

This summit went beyond dreams, we´ve been there done that. This summit went into design and doing. This summit brought about a new togetherness with a completly new energy by creating action.

I honestly beleive the Ängsbacka high which so often happens when we get together and share our thoughts, ideas and wisdom was several notches higher due to many actually making commitments towards actions that help Ängsbacka not only move forward but assist toward our finances.

It was the boards request that the members take action and offer help and thanks to Tom Lidström´s execellent facilitation, flexibility and functioning of Appreciative Inquiry we ended with many concepts and commitments.

To begin this exciting forward movement most of those who were actually at the summit made a promise to do something that shows how easy it is for members to support us. The list we made is an exemple and shows the diversity of small significent ways a member can do her/his bit. Just imagine if all 541 members found just one more member. Surely an easy task for an individual to undertake. That would mean that the debt to Kåre and Kjell could be paid directly and the associations finances in a position to offer even more to our members.
I therefore request every member to show their love for Ängsbacka by making a commitment of the type made by those at the summit.
